Faerie Wear Policies

 

PayPal is the preferred method of payment, a PayPal shopping cart is in place to facilitate orders.

To place an order without using PayPal,  please email the item description, mailing address and preferred type of payment and I will respond with total cost and put the item on hold until payment is received.  I accept money orders, personal checks will be accepted although I must wait until the check clears to mail the item.

I ship USPS a minimum of once a week on Saturdays.  If a sooner shipment is needed please put those instructions in the PayPal order form and I will do my best.

Custom orders are always welcome, however at this time I have limited time available for them.  Please email me a description of what you are interested in, any inspiration (drawings, photos, etc) and the date that you need the item and I will get back to you with an estimate and whether or not I am able to take on the order.

Returns on hair accessories is not allowed due to health regulations.  Exchanges will be made if I am contacted by email within the first 14 days of receipt due to damage in the mail.  Postage to return the item to me will be paid by the buyer, I will pay postage for the exchanged item to be sent to the buyer.

Returns or exchanges on clothing and wings will be made if I am contacted by email within the first 14 days of receipt.  Postage to return the item to me will be paid by the buyer, I will pay the postage for an exchanged item to be sent to the buyer.

Returns on custom orders will not be accepted.  I must be contacted by email with any problems on a custom order within 14 day of receipt of the item.  A satisfactory solution will be found for any problems.
